Special Events Committee   (meets the third Tuesday of the month when possible)
     Consists of a group of members interested in organizing church activities ...... some to raise funds and others just for fun.  Most of those on the committee also serve in other ministries of the church but enjoy this group – it promises a lot of hard work but a lot of fun as well. We have been able to meet or surpass our budgeted goals each year.

Reflection / Prayer Group
     Each season we meet on Thursday mornings (10:30  -  11:30) for a six week series on Spiritual Practices.  This is a time to slow down, reflect, share (as you feel moved), to be together in silence, with music, to be attentive to the Spirit in our midst.  The next series will begin in the fall.  Everyone is welcome!  For more information, contact Linda Nash.

Yoga Group
     Yoga at St. Mark’s:  Fridays 11:30am– 1:00pm with Instructor Alex Bovkis.
This is a gentle relaxing class for all levels (geared more toward beginners)
6 sessions/$72;  6 session/$60 for unwaged; $15 drop-in rate

Soul Food
     We are a group of mothers of children and teens who meets together a few times a year to share a meal and conversation.  Our goal is to support one another in the joys and challenges of parenting.   Sometimes we meet at a restaurant and sometimes we have a potluck at someone's home.
